**AKCLOTHING Refund and Exchange Policy**

At AKCLOTHING, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below is our policy regarding refunds and exchanges:

1. **Issues from Our Side:**
   - If there is an issue with the product that is due to our error, such as a size discrepancy or damage, we will offer a  exchange.
   - Customers must contact us on our instagram & whatsapp and send pic of recived parcel  within one day of receiving the product to report the issue. We will address and resolve the complaint within 5 to 7 business days.

2. **Customer-Side Issues:**
   - If the issue is due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong size, we cannot offer an exchange . This is because we customize each product with printing after receiving the order. Therefore, it is essential to refer to the provided measurements and size chart before placing an order.

3. **Plain Products:**
   - For plain products (without custom printing), size exchanges are possible. However, a delivery charge of 300 will be applied for the exchange process.

We only offer exchange if any issue. If you recive issue in the exchange parcel too then we will give refund
